Sneak Peak: Hunter

This little guy is full of personality, and I loved every second of shooting him. Seriously, he was such a good kid. He just turned one! He was fascinated with the rocks and would even smile when you'd say "cheese." How cute is that? More pictures will be coming soon.

Sneak Peak: Benson Family

Yesterday we got to spend the afternoon taking pictures with the Benson family, they are so great. We had so much fun with them, it's lovely to be taking pictures in warm weather again. We just thought we would share a little sneak peak, check back for more soon.

p.s. We have so much to catch up on, with moving and not having the Internet and everything else that is crazy with us, we've been slacking... Hopefully we'll get to it this week and get some shoots posted.

mine on monday: the beach

This picture was taken while visiting San Diego, California for my cousins wedding. He married the cutest girl, seriously they are perfect for each other. It was sure nice to be there for the wedding, and to see the family. I miss the beach. I wish it was sunny, at least a little. Or even.... I'd be happy with rain. I just am tired of the snow, of the coat weather and scraping of the windows. Bring on summer.... and vacations.

12 years old... Chay

Well, she's almost 12 years old... at least! This is my little sister Chay, of course I don't allow my mom to buy the pictures from the school, they never turn out and most times you forget it's picture day and that's probably the morning you woke up late anyways. :) We did a few pictures of Chay for her 6th grade year, I can't believe she is so old and tall, that means I'm getting older.

Anyways, we had a blast taking pictures of Chay. She is full of spunk and personality, plus she has a great smile so it made our job really easy. Thanks Chay for being so cute!

Sneak Peak: Baby Bridger

Yesterday, I was so lucky... lucky enough I got to spend the afternoon with this little stud. Oh, how I loved it. It got me really excited for our little one on the way. I don't even remember Oaklee being this little. Anyways, babies are so sweet... everything about them makes my heart melt. More to come of this little guy, hold tight friends.

The Shore Family

We had such a great time with this cute little family. Little Laryssa is full of personality and was such a joy to shoot. I really am getting more and more anxious for the warm weather. We were lucky enough to have the sun out for most of the shoot, but of course because we live in Utah the next day was a blizzard. Thanks again Lindsay and Zach!

Sneakpeak: Shore Family

This afternoon I got the pleasure of spending time with this little cutie and her wonderful parents. Isn't she just adorable? Oh her eyes make my heart melt, I'm so glad she isn't mine because I don't think I could ever tell her no. She was such a trooper through the whole shoot, and was so much fun to take pictures of. There will be more to come :)

mine on monday: baby bella

Yesterday I fell in love with a new baby, Allison Bella and I'm sure you will too. Seriously, can she get any more cute? In fact she is one of those rare gorgeous baby girls, you know the ones that the doctors can show you and say without lying "she is beautiful". I had one of those too, how lucky I was and watching Andrea with her little bundle of joy makes me so happy.

I missed the big day that she was brought into the world due to being in California for a family wedding but I jumped at the opportunity to visit her the day we returned. I love this baby already so much, I could hold her for hours. I love that my girlfriends are finally starting to have kids, it's so great. Oaklee is going to get friends.

Anyways, I just had to share this picture. In the mean time I'm crossing my fingers that life slows down, even just for a day. I know I'm dreaming, right?

Josh + Cammi: Wedding Day

Josh and Cammi are the best couple, so cute, so full of energy and so original. We really loved every minute of taking their pictures, it was always a good time. They have so much love for each other, and it's so apparent to everyone around. Their wedding was beautiful, the ceremony was touching, I of course cry at every one I attend. I don't understand, weddings just make me emotional, but I love it. And their reception was a party! The decorations were amazing, and they had so many people there showing their love and support.

Thanks so much Cammi and Josh for letting us be such a big part of your big day! You guys rock!

mine on monday: andrea's baby shower

This past weekend was just lovely. On Saturday I enjoyed good friends, delicious food and the celebration of a baby coming to my sweet friend, Andrea. It was so much fun! I love getting together with the girls I grew up with, the ones that were there for me through it all good or bad, I think every woman needs that time.... to laugh at each other and reminisce about the "old times" Andrea is due in just 3 weeks, but baby Alli Bella could be joining the world shortly.

I did of course take a few pictures that I had to share, there is something about babies that capture my heart. I love everything about them, I'm still in awe that a little one can grow inside mommy's tummy.... I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of this sweet little girl.

mine on monday

A friend of mine did "mine on monday" a few weeks ago and i loved it. Hopefully it'll be something I can do every week, that is my goal at least. My sweet husband, Travis for Valentines day took Oaklee out for a shoot without me knowing... and surprised me with this picture! My heart melted, so sweet. I love this kid so much, she brings me so much joy everyday. Not to mention how cute she makes the blog look! :)

Introducing: Mr & Mrs Bates

"You may now kiss the bride...." We are so happy for both Cammi and Josh! They seriously are the most ridiculously cute couple ever. They have been so much fun to work with, in fact we a little sad they're married since that means are work is done! Their wedding was so beautiful, and their families are both so awesome. There will be more pictures to come, but to hold over the bride I figured I better get to posting at least a teaser!

Mr & Mrs Hale's Wedding

My aunt got re-married and asked us to take their pictures, of course we said YES! It was so much fun to be surrounded by family, and doing something we love. We had a great time. Chelsea + Aaron

Today was a day of bliss. I've decided that spending the day behind a camera lens exploring new places is wonderful. Aaron and Chelsea are so great, they are not only good friends but cousins (we set them up, what matchmakers we are) We had so much fun jumping out at any cool places we drove by and ended up with so many great pictures.
